My focus is on driving measurable impact by prioritizing initiatives that deliver value early and often. By embracing an Agile approach (more than just software development), we can continuously refine our work based on real-world feedback, reduce technical overload and debt, and ensure our outcomes and outputs are always aligned with our goals.
