Refund & Return Policy

Pragmatic Disruptor™ LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides digital products, including but not limited to the "Pragmatic Speak" series, PDFs, templates, and software-related guides (collectively, the "Digital Products").

Due to the nature of digital content which is delivered via immediate download or email, we maintain a strict no refund & return policy to protect our intellectual property.

1. No Refunds or Returns

All sales of Digital Products are FINAL. Because our Digital Products are intangible and are delivered upon purchase, they are deemed "used" after download or opening. As a result, Pragmatic Disruptor™ LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will lose your right of withdrawal once the purchase is complete or the digital content download or streaming has begun.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the product meets your technical requirements and expectations before purchase.

2. Accelerator Assets and Compatibility

We provide clear descriptions, prerequisites, and "Outcome Monitors" for each product to help you make an informed decision. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary software (e.g., IDE AI-assistant, a PDF reader, or a content editor) to utilize the Digital Products. Technical inability to use the product due to lack of compatible software does not qualify for a refund or return.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a "No Refunds or Returns" policy, we value our relationship with the community. Refunds may be considered solely at our absolute discretion in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within a 24-hour period, we will refund the duplicate transaction PLUS a refund processing fee of 5% of the purchase price to cover the fee charged by our payment processor.  Any refund granted will be returned to the payment type used during the purchase.  Refunds may take up to 10 business days for processing.

  • Technical Defect: If the digital file is corrupted or damaged and a functional replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund.  Proof of corruption or damage will be required and screen images may not be sufficient to satisfy corruption or damage.

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. The email address used for the purchase.

  3. Your First and Last Name

  4. A description of the issue and/or technical defect (if applicable).

5. Policy Updates

Pragmatic Disruptor™ LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all purchases made after the "Last Updated" date.
