Finding the Silver Lining during the Crisis:

After living through multiple corporate transformations, I've learned that every crisis has a silver lining. The key is finding the value and opportunity before the situation becomes toxic. First and foremost, I understand and appreciate the need for change because accepting the status quo is more harmful than making the wrong decision. During my recent transformation that impacted my role and department, I spent two months helping my team through the transition—navigating layoffs, onboarding replacement teams, and ensuring our work didn't collapse.
